A Holistic Approach
We bring the skills used in therapy offices, executive leadership retreats, and wellness centers into the workplace. As experts from the fields of leadership development, change management, psychology, adult learning, mindfulness, communication, and body awareness, we take a multidisciplinary approach to helping you grow, learn, and thrive.
Some organizations do:
-
Social and Emotional Learning but not Leadership Development
-
Mindfulness without Body Awareness
-
Executive Coaching without Mental Health Awareness
-
Conceptual Learning without Experiential Learning
-
Systems Change without Personal Transformation

We are united in the belief that all people have the capacity to:
- Experience well-being in the midst of work, not as an exception or afterthought, but as a way of being.
- Weave body awareness, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and social skills together.
- Not only “know” the skills, but make them your own.
- Dive beneath the symptoms to address the cause.
- Develop the inner capacity to reach their full potential.

Sean Conley
Executive Coach and Program Facilitator

“One of the fundamental characteristics of anything living is the freedom to choose. The organism chooses whether to notice something, then it chooses whether or not to be disturbed. If the organism chooses to be disturbed, it still retains the fundamental freedom to decide how it will respond. Obedience is not a natural life process”. – Margaret Wheatley
I think when we’re living fully we are connected to our freedom to choose. When we’re learning well we are expanding our noticing. Obedience, it seems, might be a warning that we’re off track.

May what I do flow from me like a river, no forcing and no holding back, the way it is with children. Details
Richard has endeavored to lead a life of quiet exploration and curiosity. He has been a cattle rancher, a psychiatric technician, a volunteer juvenile probation officer, a chemical dependency counselor, a teacher, a psychologist, a neighborhood organizer, a skeptic, a man, and a student. He is endlessly curious about other people, what they have to learn, and what they have to teach. His independent path has allowed him to borrow from a wide variety of disciplines and incorporate non-traditional techniques into his healing practice. The current resume would say he has modest skills as a psychologist but is talented as a healer. Teaching is not a particularly strong suit, but he’s a good mentor. He can lead in a pinch, but he takes his responsibilities as a follower very seriously.

Mind-Body Connection
The intersection of my work as an actor, bodyworker, and Awareness in Motion (AIM) is a fascination with the stories we carry around with us every day in our lives and our bodies. My passion is working with people to bridge the gap between the mind and the body to help them feel more connected to themselves and others.
Organization
Growing up with ADHD, I had to learn to create systems to keep myself on track. Eventually, systematizing became fun, almost like a game. Unfortunately, I’ve started to run out of things to organize in my apartment. Fortunately, I can help with organizing AIM.
Details
Clementine was born in Brooklyn and raised on a small farm in Connecticut. Having grown up with a yoga and bodywork studio on her family’s property, the work she does is an extension of who she is and how she was raised. Her mother is a professional bodyworker and therapist who taught yoga, dance, alignment, and social and emotional awareness throughout her childhood. She served on the faculty of the Hellerwork Institute as a master trainer, and Clementine’s training began with her.
Clementine began practicing yoga in earnest at the age of thirteen as a way of dealing with autoimmune issues and a host of injuries she had from playing soccer, horseback riding, and just growing really tall, really fast. These studies deepened during her years of study at Carnegie Mellon School of Drama, where she took movement classes, dance classes, as well as led a yoga-based warm-up class to underclassmen. During the pandemic, when we all got stopped in our tracks, Clementine decided to complete yoga teacher training with Courtney Bauer and study anatomy. Clementine furthered her bodywork training with Courtney Bauer and got certified in Frederick Stretch Therapy (Fascia Stretch Therapy) through Stretch To Win.
Now, in addition to working with AIM, Clementine works privately with clients, doing a combination of yoga and bodywork to help them build body awareness and mind-body connectivity with the goal of improving posture, gaining strength and flexibility, and overcoming chronic body pain.
When she is not teaching and offering bodywork or working with AIM, she is pursuing a career in acting, singing in a band with some of her best friends, or gardening at her parent’s home in Connecticut.

Details
Lauren Medina is an actor, yogi, youth mind-body connectivity coach, and assistant facilitator for the leadership development company Awareness In Motion (AIM).
Lauren began her journey in wellness and leadership development as a performer. She spent her early years performing at the Paper Mill Playhouse, and today, her acting work allows her to take on a multitude of projects in New York and around the country. Lauren loves that performing is an opportunity to utilize artistic expression to inspire and change the communities around her.
As a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University School of Drama, Lauren underwent extensive training in learning Laban, Linklater, and Alexander techniques, as well as extensive Self-Awareness Training. Studying at CMU deepened her physical, mental, and emotional awareness and taught her to use her body as a vehicle for emotional life and communication. Lauren has continued to cultivate this knowledge through her yoga and mindfulness practice. These experiences, married with her completion of the Artist’s Way course, have led her to create a powerful mind-body connectivity coaching practice. Lauren works with young creatives one-on-one, helping them with self-awareness, auditioning, building confidence, and finding their own unique artistic expression. Finally, Lauren is deepening her work with children by joining the AIM team. She is currently training to be a facilitator for the AIM Academy for Student Leaders, which uses art, movement, conversation, and play to explore social and emotional learning and leadership.
Lauren believes that mindfulness is one of the most powerful tools a person can have – not only to achieve their goals and create a stronger sense of self but also to aid and create change in their community and the world.
