Details

Sarah Suatoni is a managing partner and founder at AIM as well as an executive coach and a licensed professional counselor. As a therapist and coach she has spent twenty years learning and being inspired by a very diverse group of clients from CEOs to High-schoolers. As therapist and coach, Sarah partners with people to connect head and heart, uncover barriers to success, learn to communicate with authenticity and lead life with meaning.

Sarah has a passion for designing curricula that make social and emotional learning and conscious communication accessible, practical, and effective. She has brought the curriculum she developed to Mastercard, World Bank Group, the New York Law Firm Weil, Gotshal and Manges, the United Way, Womankind, Babson College, the Garland Hotel Group, and several school districts across the country. She has also served on the Faculty of Columbia University teaching Self Awareness Training and written two books that help bring wellbeing and communication into action. Along with David Yuan and the AIM team, Sarah is currently partnering with organizations such as the Cahn Fellows, The Grey Fellowship, and Kripalu to bring Social and Emotional Learning, self care, and transformational leadership strategies to School Leaders.
Sarah coaches leaders from organizations such as Pfizer, Google, and Goldman Sachs as well as entrepreneurs and families. Seventeen years ago Sarah began a group supporting working moms that still meets monthly. She has spoken at various conferences such as Columbia Law School, Babson College, The International Finance Corporation and the Connecticut Women’s Health Conference on the topics of Mindful Leadership, Parenthood, Body Awareness, and the power of community.

Sarah began her academic career at Cornell University’s school of Industrial Relations and graduated from the Juilliard school with a BFA in Dance. She earned her MA in counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and her Executive and Organizational Coaching Certification from Columbia University. After graduation, she worked as a dancer and choreographer as well as a certified Hellerwork Practitioner (deep tissue bodywork). Working with clients struggling with trauma and chronic pain inspired her to return to school to pursue a masters in counseling psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara CA. Sarah also received training in Mindfulness, Iyengar Yoga, Somatic Psychology, the Neuroscience of Emotions and Family Systems Theory. For six years Sarah collaborated with Dr Home Nguyen, mindful leadership expert and executive coach. Together with David Yuan they brought Mindkind into several organizations and supported an international fellowship by bringing MindKind practices to people daily online. Sarah’s biggest accomplishment is being a mom.

Dr. Sean Conley has led projects focused on helping leaders, teams, and organizations develop individual and collaborative learning strategies to adapt to ever-changing environments.  He has brought this work to Japan, Saudi Arabia, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, and the U.S. and served on the faculties of Marlboro College Graduate School, The New School University, the School for International Training Graduate Institute, and Tokyo Joggakan College. Additionally, Sean has held leadership roles including department chair, dean, chief learning officer, and director of graduate studies.  

Sean has been invited to speak at numerous international conferences as well as Google’s Annual Education Summit. He’s consulted on projects funded by the U.S. Department of State, The Open Society Institute, and various ministries of education in Algeria, Kyrgyzstan, The Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, The Republic of Georgia, Ukraine, and Russia. 

This consulting supports broad organizational change processes such as restructuring governance at an international NGO and helping an international educational organization rethink it’s leadership and communication strategy across campuses and countries.  Other work has focused on designing leadership development training and providing individual leadership coaching for teacher supervisors in a ministry of education.  

Sean received his Doctorate in Education from Columbia University where he wrote his dissertation entitled,  Dancing with Feedback, Inquiry-Based Feedback in Teacher Education. Claire has worked with individuals, couples, and families as a liscenced Marriage and Family Therapist for over 20 years – bringing a variety of therapeutic and coaching frameworks together (CBT, DBT, Strategic, Structural, Narrative, Bowenian, Solution Focused, EFT, the neuroscience of emotions) to help people heal and change their lives. Prior to accepting this role, Dante was a district executive overseeing 5 of Duval County historically underperforming public middle schools. During his time in the classroom, he was recognized as Jean Ribault Middle School 2017 Teacher of the Year.

Dante also leads community advocacy efforts through his work in the nonprofit sector having served as President of the Jacksonville Urban League Young Professionals and board member to the Jacksonville Urban League and as a proud member of the local chapter of Omega Psi Fraternity Incorporated. Dante was recently inducted into the Tallahassee chapter of New Leaders Council.

He earned his B.S. degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University and holds a MA in Organizational Leadership from Columbia University, Teachers College in New York City. Since graduating he has supported the Self Awareness Training course for the Summer Principals Academy under Sarah Suatoni. Colleen is a talented leader with extensive experience guiding individual and team transformations in diverse educational settings.  Colleen served as a classroom teacher for six years before transitioning into school leadership in 2012.   She has served in various school building leadership roles in both urban and suburban public schools, including school redesign in partnership with the Gates Foundation’s Next Generation Schools Initiative and school turnaround in partnership with Dallas ISD’s ACE initiative.

Colleen is a CTI trained coach and MBSR certified mindfulness facilitator.  In addition to her commitment to public education, Colleen worked for 10 years at Teachers College Columbia University’s Summer Principals Academy for the following graduate level courses:  Adult Development for School Leadership, Team Development for School Leadership, and Self-Awareness Training for School Leaders.

Kelli Love, M.Ed (she,her) is a leading educator and consultant in the mindfulness in education field, who draws from her own practice that began as a struggling teenager. She brings 20 years of experience as an educator in the roles of mentor, teacher leader, curriculum developer, and program facilitator. Kelli has coached educators, provided staff and educator training, as well as facilitated educator retreats and public speaking engagements in the mindfulness in education field. Since 2013, she has taught at Girls Prep Bronx Elementary in NYC, supporting students, staff and families, where mindfulness and yoga are embraced as a school wide content area.
