Sarah Suatoni is a managing partner and founder at AIM as well as an executive coach and a licensed professional counselor. As a therapist and coach she has spent twenty years learning and being inspired by a very diverse group of clients from CEOs to High-schoolers. As therapist and coach, Sarah partners with people to connect head and heart, uncover barriers to success, learn to communicate with authenticity and lead life with meaning.

Sarah has a passion for designing curricula that make social and emotional learning and conscious communication accessible, practical, and effective. She has brought the curriculum she developed to Mastercard, World Bank Group, the New York Law Firm Weil, Gotshal and Manges, the United Way, Womankind, Babson College, the Garland Hotel Group, and several school districts across the country. She has also served on the Faculty of Columbia University teaching Self Awareness Training and written two books that help bring wellbeing and communication into action. Along with David Yuan and the AIM team, Sarah is currently partnering with organizations such as the Cahn Fellows, The Grey Fellowship, and Kripalu to bring Social and Emotional Learning, self care, and transformational leadership strategies to School Leaders.
Sarah coaches leaders from organizations such as Pfizer, Google, and Goldman Sachs as well as entrepreneurs and families. Seventeen years ago Sarah began a group supporting working moms that still meets monthly. She has spoken at various conferences such as Columbia Law School, Babson College, The International Finance Corporation and the Connecticut Women’s Health Conference on the topics of Mindful Leadership, Parenthood, Body Awareness, and the power of community.

Sarah began her academic career at Cornell University’s school of Industrial Relations and graduated from the Juilliard school with a BFA in Dance. She earned her MA in counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and her Executive and Organizational Coaching Certification from Columbia University. After graduation, she worked as a dancer and choreographer as well as a certified Hellerwork Practitioner (deep tissue bodywork). Working with clients struggling with trauma and chronic pain inspired her to return to school to pursue a masters in counseling psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara CA. Sarah also received training in Mindfulness, Iyengar Yoga, Somatic Psychology, the Neuroscience of Emotions and Family Systems Theory. For six years Sarah collaborated with Dr Home Nguyen, mindful leadership expert and executive coach. Together with David Yuan they brought Mindkind into several organizations and supported an international fellowship by bringing MindKind practices to people daily online. Sarah’s biggest accomplishment is being a mom.

Dr. Sean Conley has led projects focused on helping leaders, teams, and organizations develop individual and collaborative learning strategies to adapt to ever-changing environments.  He has brought this work to Japan, Saudi Arabia, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, and the U.S. and served on the faculties of Marlboro College Graduate School, The New School University, the School for International Training Graduate Institute, and Tokyo Joggakan College. Additionally, Sean has held leadership roles including department chair, dean, chief learning officer, and director of graduate studies.  

Sean has been invited to speak at numerous international conferences as well as Google’s Annual Education Summit. He’s consulted on projects funded by the U.S. Department of State, The Open Society Institute, and various ministries of education in Algeria, Kyrgyzstan, The Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, The Republic of Georgia, Ukraine, and Russia. 

This consulting supports broad organizational change processes such as restructuring governance at an international NGO and helping an international educational organization rethink it’s leadership and communication strategy across campuses and countries.  Other work has focused on designing leadership development training and providing individual leadership coaching for teacher supervisors in a ministry of education.  

Sean received his Doctorate in Education from Columbia University where he wrote his dissertation entitled,  Dancing with Feedback, Inquiry-Based Feedback in Teacher Education. He  is a licensed NBI Thinking Preferences practitioner and a trainer for Results-Based Accountability (RBI), a methodology for developing concrete performance measurements for mission-based organizations.

Dante was recently inducted into the Tallahassee chapter of New Leaders Council.

Colleen is a talented leader with extensive experience guiding individual and team transformations in diverse educational settings.  Colleen served as a classroom teacher for six years before transitioning into school leadership in 2012.   She has served in various school building leadership roles in both urban and suburban public schools, including school redesign in partnership with the Gates Foundation’s Next Generation Schools Initiative and school turnaround in partnership with Dallas ISD’s ACE initiative.

Colleen is a CTI trained coach and MBSR certified mindfulness facilitator.  In addition to her commitment to public education, Colleen worked for 10 years at Teachers College Columbia University’s Summer Principals Academy for the following graduate level courses:  Adult Development for School Leadership, Team Development for School Leadership, and Self-Awareness Training for School Leaders.

Colleen is an expert in developing mindful leadership programming, facilitating self-awareness practices, leading change, and anchoring action in compassion and insight.   She brings an intuitive and supportive approach to leading teams and individuals towards greater insight, resilience and compassion.  As a mindful leadership coach her work is grounded in the understanding that an effective educational environment is one that supports a culture of holistic learning and a willingness to adapt to change.  She is dedicated to ensuring all students have access to an equitable and just education, and supporting leaders to bring more equity into education, and believes that mindfulness is an important and powerful tool for ensuring equity in education for all learners. 

Colleen has led large and small group mindfulness programming for various organizations, including: Teach for America (NYC & RGV), Bound Brook School District,  Anaheim Union High School District, The Shelton School, Columbia Law School, Aqua Studios NYC, Teachers College, and Coppell Independent School District.  She has coached a variety of clients in one-on-one settings to support personal growth through easily integrated mindfulness practices. 

Her personal mindfulness practices are grounded in researched-based practices and the Vipassana tradition.  She is energized when helping people find their inner power to change the way they experience their life and their livelihood and grounds her work in her deep belief that every moment of inner healing impacts the collective and moves humanity towards a more compassionate, equitable and peaceful world.  

Colleen studied Organizational Leadership at Columbia University’s Teachers College.  She earned her Master of Arts in Public School Building Leadership through the Summer Principals Academy, an innovative and transformative graduate program committed to developing school leaders and promoting equity and excellence in education.  She earned her Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science at Midwestern State University.

Kelli Love, M.Ed (she,her) is a leading educator and consultant in the mindfulness in education field, who draws from her own practice that began as a struggling teenager. She brings 20 years of experience as an educator in the roles of mentor, teacher leader, curriculum developer, and program facilitator. Kelli has coached educators, provided staff and educator training, as well as facilitated educator retreats and public speaking engagements in the mindfulness in education field. Since 2013, she has taught at Girls Prep Bronx Elementary in NYC, supporting students, staff and families, where mindfulness and yoga are embraced as a school wide content area.

Kelli is committed to empowering educators to bring wellbeing into their own lives and into their school communities for the benefit of future generations. She helped design and revise curriculum for several organizations including the Contentment Foundation, RULER (Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence), and Mindful Schools. Kelli has a Masters in Education from the University of Phoenix and a B.A. in Early Childhood Education from Naropa University.

With a doctorate in Developmental Psychology, Master’s in Public Health, and a Certified Life Coaching specializing in ADHD, integrative practices, and mindfulness, Dr. Chung brings two decades of experience to her work with executives. She is also a certified Designing Your Life Coach who partners with leaders at every organizational level to transform their work lives and the workplace culture.

Her work in coaching and consulting is both one-on-one and in small groups. She applies positive psychology with a developmental systems model to enable individuals and organizations to fully benefit from a strengths-based mindset. The design framework that Dr. Chung brings to the coaching relationship allows her clients to see their full potential to design their best lives. Her clients range from teachers to university professors, executives at Google, Facebook, Amazon to individuals seeking to design lives to discover more balance and fulfillment professionally, as well as personally.

Utilizing a data-driven approach to leadership. team development, and the interface between home and work, through assessments and coaching, she empowers her clients into their journey of designing their best lives. Empowering her clients to explore systemic change within as a part of a larger ecosystem, at home and at work, coaching with Dr. Chung empowers and invites the client into change through the coaching process.

She has managed units and programs of multiple scale and in areas of identity development including professional development, intercultural development, diversity & inclusion, wellness, and student leadership. She is passionate about humanizing the workplace and igniting transformative experiences; with intentionality around making a sustainable impact on the individual and community scale. Her academic background includes undergraduate training in Psychology from New York University Abu Dhabi and graduate training in Higher Education Organization & Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University. She has a love for nature and connects with it as a source of inspiration for her creativity and spirituality.
